RHA Mission Statement
The Ball State University Residence Hall Association (RHA) promotes an engaged and social experience for residence hall students. RHA provides a representative voice for all student residents, strives to unify and improve the living conditions of the residence halls, and works to bridge communication between the halls and with other campus organizations. By implementing policies and programs to improve the residential environment, RHA hopes to encourage both personal and community development for every student resident at Ball State University.
